Most people selling their revolver in 454 Casull include half a box of unfired ammo.

😩 that look on your face when you realize you could have gotten a Glock 19 and 3 mags for the same price.

Every family should by multiple guns. Congrats on your purchase and I trust you will be buying more.

For what it is worth I have a Redhawk .357 and a Astra snub nose .44 Rem Mag. The .454 has way too much recoil in anything other than a very heavy revolver or someone with very strong wrists. You choose wisely.

I’d buy a rusted, used American gun before I bought a new or used Taurus. I saw a Taurus Millennium literally come apart in my friend’s hands while firing, after only a few boxes of ammo. I hope the revolvers are better.

ColdOne, I love my Ruger. It's so smooth and shoots so dependable. Hope you enjoy yours.
My first love is a S&W Victory. But to be honest the Ruger is better.

I just picked up a 5 shot .357 mag Taurus snubnose. I am not happy with the quality at all. In double action the cylinder over rotates when cocking the hammer back quickly leaving the striker to land on the casing not the primer. I should have not pulled the trigger an saved up for the SP101

The Redhawk 454 has a lot of flexibility because it also will shoot .45 Colt and .410 shogun rounds. Handloads for the .45 Colt worked up specifically for the Ruger revolvers and the S&W 460 magnum can have more get-up-and-go than .44 Mag loads.

Don’t tell any of your Neighbors you own any Evil Firearms.
They might sic the Red Flag Confiscation Commies on you if you tell some kids to get off your Lawn.
