New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has finally revealed her grand scheme to regulate cow farts.
The part of her Green new Deal that was ridiculed the most has now been explained by the 29-year-old.
But the thing is, the idea and the reasoning behind it is still ridiculous.
The explanation was made on the premiere of Showtime’s “Desus & Mero,” The New York Post reported.
“And so it’s not to say you get rid of agriculture, it’s not to say we’re gonna force everybody to go vegan or anything crazy like that,” Ocasio-Cortez said.“But it’s to say, ‘Listen, we gotta address factory farming. Maybe we shouldn’t be eating a hamburger for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Like, let’s keep it real,’” she said.
“But we have to take a look at everything,” she said. “and what we need to realize about climate change is about every choice that we make in our lives, you know?”

She also defended her tax idea for the ultra rich that would tax them 70 percent for income above $10 million.
“It really comes down to the question of, ‘Isn’t $10 million enough?’ Like, when does it stop?” ocasio-Cortez said.

Let her be in any position of power and she’ going to regulate everybody’s daily choice in their lives.

Democrats are petty tyrants at heart (except Hillary - she’s a full-blown tyrant). The difference is Alexandra Oblivious-Commie isn’t smart enough to hide her desire to order ordinary people around and to control every tiny detail in our lives.

This young woman always has to respond in two parts. The first part is to deny what she said before, and the second part is to dig the hole deeper.

Don’t underestimate her. She’s risen from nothing to dominate any news cycle she wishes to, and has articulated the future vision for the Democrat Party. At least for those who have not come out and denounced it as impractial and crazy...(crickets)...
Everyone loves to make fun of her, which is fine but don’t miss the real point. She laid out a vision and a lot of people have embraced it. She has had a far greater impact in far less time than Hillary, Bernie, all the other also-rans, with the exception of Obama.
Cow farts are a throwaway line. She can get a few laughs, make it sound like she’s really serious about that - you know? And people will go away thinking “Well, cow farts are silly, but you know, she really makes a lot of sense otherwise”. And that’s the danger.
No one other than Trump has been as persasive in getting others to buy into their vision.
The opportunity we have is to articulate what “Make America Great Again” really means. The media is busy telling the world it’s just a return to segregation and repression.
Are we going to take advantage of this opportunity? Or just sit back and make fun of AOC?
I guess that I might be a greenie. Breakfast was a grapefruit, a bowl of bran cereal and granola, mixed with blueberries, ceylon cinnamon, oat bran and yogurt, and a cup of coffee. And no, I didn’t then go out and hug a tree.
Supper will be BBQ steak and shrimp (fried in butter, garlic and lime juice), a baked potato with sour cream, bacon and green onion, and asparagus in a butter sauce. Well, at least the asparagus is ‘green’.

I'm asking you for your good and for your Nation's security to take no unnecessary trips, to use carpools or public transportation whenever you can, to park your car one extra day per week, to obey the speed limit, and to set your thermostats to save fuel. Every act of energy conservation like this is more than just common sense – I tell you it is an act of patriotism.
