Bill and Hillary Clinton left government broke and actually in debt from all the various legal bills they needed to fend over impeachment and other corruption-related investigations.
Within a few years, they were very wealthy people and the money never stopped flowing in until Hillary lost a winnable election.
The slush fund Clinton Foundation is not new in the swamp nor illegal – Paul Ryan just moved millions from his campaign account into a private foundation – but that is why the American people are so furious.
We hate legal bribery and we know that this form of cashing in is only available to the well-connected – the average Joe would spend years in jail if he did the same stuff the swamp does on a daily basis.
So it should come as no surprise to discover that Ukraine donated more money to the Clinton Foundation than any other county. The corrupt Saudi’s? Nope, Ukraine beat them by 3 million or so.

It then quotes from an earlier report in The Wall Street Journal from 2015 about funding: “Between 2009 and 2013, including when Mrs. Clinton was secretary of state, the Clinton Foundation received at least $8.6 million from the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, according to that foundation, which is based in Kiev, Ukraine.
It was created by Mr. Pinchuk, whose fortune stems from a pipe-making company. He served two terms as an elected member of the Ukrainian Parliament and is a proponent of closer ties between Ukraine and the European Union.”
The outlet then went on to “connect the dots that bind Mr. Pinchuk and the Obama White House” by quoting from another piece, this one an opinion piece by Andrew McCarthy in Fox News from a little over a week ago: “It is in connection with Paul Manafort that we encounter some genuine collusion targeting the 2016 campaign: willful collaboration among foreign governments, the Obama administration, and the Clinton campaign.”
“Manafort had brought influential Democrats into his Ukrainian work, such as former Obama White House Counsel Greg Craig and the consulting firm started by Obama and Clinton adviser John Podesta — a firm that is still run by Podesta’s brother.”
“Leshchenko just happens to be a vassal of Victor Pinchuk, a Ukrainian billionaire who just happens to give millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation. Wonder of wonders, Leshchenko took a public, strident anti-Trump position during the U.S. campaign — highly unusual for a foreign parliamentarian,” the McCarthy piece also said.
McCarthy’s piece then also added, “Which brings us back to Serhiy Leshchenko, Ukraine’s unabashed Clinton backer. And [what do you] know: Besides serving the government in Kiev and providing scintillating geopolitical analysis, Leshchenko had a side job: He was a source for … wait for it … Fusion GPS — the Clinton campaign-opposition arm, led by Glenn Simpson, which later dreamed up the Steele dossier.”
The fact that Democrats think the American people are unable to “connect the dots” says a lot about how smug, elite and “out-of-touch” these people are.

They extracted $700,000 from Sri Lanka? How did that help the poor?
We have all these politicians who never did an honest days work in their life somehow buying huge mansions and living like the ultra-wealthy after they get out of office. How do we think that works?
These people aren’t donating to the Clinton Foundation out of a sense of goodwill.

The reason we give money to foreign countries that hate us, is that they send kickbacks to U.S. Politicians.
Obama was bowing to show appreciation for the kickbacks.

I think US aid to Sri Lanka has been $30-40 million per year. Most ends up in the pockets of politicos. Trickle-down economics.

Clinton Foundation was set up to build the Clinton Library aka The World Biggest Double aside and to administer Ex President Clinton’s presidential papers and assists as well as fund his official post Presidential affairs
Predictably, It has morphed into something far different - the piggy bank and slush fund for Bill and Hill Ms Insider - Mr Outsider world wide pay for play public corruption ( and worse) racketeering operation they been running.
Heck, what they have been doing is criminal regardless of any foundation, but the way the Clinton Foundation has been operated is totally illegal and violates most all laws pertaining to the operation of non profit Foundations
The Clintons have tried to fix this with a shadowy network of international shell companies and some tweaking of the foundation itself but if there is ever any kind of serious investigation things will get interesting
