When I was Kid and we were visiting NYC at Christmas time, you would see a Santa Clause on every corner ringing a Bell.
When I asked my Mother how there could be so many Santa’s since there was only one real Santa Clause, she said they were all Santa’s Helpers.
The Rats on the Debate Stage are the same. One wants to be the real Stalin Clause and the rest of them are the Bell Ringers who hope they will make it to Stalin’s Workshop in D.C.
Just...damn.
