The way I read this, the Ruger Mini 30 and Mini 14 are still OK.

I was thinking the same thing. Provided it doesn’t have a muzzle brake/flash suppressor, or more than a 10 round mag.

The way I read it, everything is OK. I know of no rifle that has a fixed magazine over eight rounds. I do not know of any magazine that has any of the following characteristics: folding or telescoping stock, a pistol grip...
