Is the FBI Really Addressing the FISA Abuse? Trump Weighs In, People Ask Where Is Joe Pientka?

For example, an unidentified FBI supervisory special agent (SSA) mentioned in the IG report was responsible for ensuring that the bureau’s “Woods Procedures” were followed in the Page warrant application.

According to the procedures, factual assertions need to be independently verified, and information contradicting those assertions must be presented to the court. But Horowitz found several instances in which the procedures were not followed.

Horowitz’s report leaves little doubt that the unnamed SSA is Joe Pientka — a current bureau employee. Pientka briefly appeared on the FBI’s website as an “Assistant Special Agent in Charge” of the San Francisco field office late last year, according to the Internet archive Wayback Machine — although Pientka no longer appears on any FBI website. Twitter user Techno Fog first flagged the Wayback Machine’s archive of the page.

The FBI did not immediately respond to Fox News’ request for clarification on Pientka’s status.

Pientka is one of the shadowiest characters in Russiagate. He is likely a dual hat FBI & Agency. Here George Webb's frustration boils over about no one knowing who or where Pientka is - - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TlkD_4CtIf4&feature=emb_logo

Interesting, we will have to watch for his name in the future. If he does not spend time in prison for his efforts in the Coup and other dirty cop cases, we will know the swamp is not fully drained.

Only if the FIB leadership is cleaned up will this turd float to the top.

Is there NOTHING Trump can do to rein in the corrupt FBI? Isn’t he the ultimate boss of them? Is it all political fear staying his hand? It really is insane how this rogue agency is allowed to betray America.

Appendix 2 of the IG report addresses what the FBI is going to do about the FISA abuse. I’ll sum it up, more training and check lists. For the remaining personnel involved, they will take action as appropriate.

POTUS is hamstrung and without the support of his party on his flanks. You can bet every single FIB employee saw the GOP Senate threaten POTUS not to fire Sessions. The FIB swampers know with certainty they have top cover from the GOP. There will be no accountability before the election because of that.

there may be a few Republicans that do not care about protecting Trump but they are few and we can count them on one hand. They are stupid and undermining their own credibility. They dance to the tune of the MSM.

It is amazing how Republican candidates make a point of emphasizing their support of President Trump. They know Trump has the support of nearly 90 percent of Republicans.

The entire FBI is not corrupt. The problem was only two FBI Agents (Strozk and McCabe) and a bunch of non-agent FBI lawyers. FBI lawyers do not work cases and have no training to do so.

The Trump and Clinton e-mail “investigations” were worked out of FBI Headquarters, something that is never done. Had a field office investigated these two cases, the proper procedures would have been followed and the outcome would have been completely different.

The FBI was overtaken by the DOJ during the Mueller years. This is the problem. Treat the disease, not the symptom.

The tone was set early in the Trump admin with GOP senators threatening POTUS over Sessions and then the Mueller protection act. The bureaucracy got a green light from the GOP to obstruct POTUS and MAGA and they have.

Wray and his staff know with certainty they will not be fired and act accordingly. Had they feared exposure by a GOP controlled Senate and job loss they certainly would be more supportive of POTUS. Obviously, the GOP is using The Resistance (TM) to obstruct POTUS and steal the beltway agenda from him.

Sorry, but you sound like a German excusing Hitler. To varying degrees every single person who works for the FBI is culpable. They all watched the FBI execute Mueller’s police state tactics and didn’t say a word. Guilty as charged.

Obviously the investigation was run out of HQ the whole time, but some time around the beginning of 2017 the worker bees were back in their field offices. The Carter Page FISA was handled at the NY Field Office and several different case agents and SSAs were involved with the renewals..

Certainly not until the impeachment is dealt with.

Hence Pelosi’s delay of game. Run the clock out until the election cycle starts.

Yeah sure. I'd also like to buy that bridge in Brooklyn.
