Since this is a crap thread, I was wondering something. Do any departments us PR-24s anymore?
They have been phased out for the most part. Too dangerous, I guess. Many have gone to the expandable metal baton (asp).
Probably not. I had a nice collapsible one in a shoulder rig when I worked an INS facility security job. We had to call it a baton.
Once had some one ask me:
“Is that a club?”
“No, it’s a baton.”
“What do you do with it?”
“I club people.”
