Appearing on “Tucker Carlson Tonight” Tuesday, Hume commented a series of slip-ups and outbursts by Biden, 77, saying, “like so many people his age, is losing his memory and is getting senile.”
“I don’t think there’s any doubt about this,” Hume, 76, said. “I have traces of this myself. I know what it feels like. Sometimes you’re confused, sometimes you can’t remember, ‘What are you supposed to do the next morning?’ And I’m not running for president — and it’s probably a good thing I’m not.”
Hume noted that Biden has a long history of gaffes over the years, but said this time it’s different. “If you’ve known him long enough, you kind of get used to that and you think they’re kind of funny and they’re just part of who he is and they’re kind of harmless,” he said.
“More recently, however, he’s begun to forget things,” Hume added. “He didn’t know what state he’s in, he couldn’t remember where he was when he met the Parkland [Florida] students, when he said he was in the White House.”
On the campaign trail in New Hampshire, he said he loved it there … in Vermont. And he said, “Poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.” The list goes on and on.
Hume also commented on the confrontation between Biden and a Michigan auto plant worker over the Second Amendment on Tuesday, in which Biden told the worker he was “full of shit.”

“I think that over time, the danger for him [Biden] and for his party is that he may say something that’s so outlandish and so suggestive that his cognitive faculties have failed him, that Democratic voters are going to say, ‘Oh, my Lord, what have we got here?’” Hume said.
They know Biden will lose they are hoping Joe will deliver the down ticket races I don’t see how if Joe loses he delivers the down ticket can some please explain!!!

I think the questions in the presidential debates will be tailored in a way that makes it easier for Biden to be able to answer the questions.

If they can pull that off they are capable of doing anything...
I believe they think with Biden they will lose less of the down ticket races than they would with Bernie. They just want to minimize the losses.
If they haven’t become aware of that by now I have no idea when that moment is going to be. Trying to ascertain the level of delusion dims are capable of is beyond me.

Should Biden win in Nov 2020, he would either (1) step down and let the VP become the president or (2) remain a puppet for his CIA/DoJ masters.
This sort of calculation is right up the Pedocrats alley.
Biden's campaign said they want Sally Yates as AG, Susan Rice again as Nat Sec director, etc.
You can see where this could go.
Or Biden would choose the criminal Hillary as VP and then resign.

I still don’t understand what he meant, when he said play the record player at night. He says some bizarre things which make you wonder what’s up with him.
If that is the plan, they are hoping that older white Democrats who like Trump will still see the down-ticket candidates as acceptable choices since the party did nominate a "moderate' like Biden at the top. If the party picks Sanders, they would be facing total rejection by the white working class.
And why did they do this? Why did they not boost one of the other Democrats, why did they apparently make offers that can’t be refused so that the rest of them dropped out one by one, day by day? Obviously the powers that be wanted Joe to be the last man standing.
