I disagree. He condescended and laughed the entire time, making out like Ryan was a fool. He had no in-depth knowledge of policies or numbers. "C'mon, Man... This is ol' Joe you're talking to...." He was shallow then and he is demented now. His quick mood swings, hostile physical gestures and tone, as well as inappropriate immediate use of foul language are all warning signs of dementia/Alzheimers. He had brain surgery in his late-forties and should be closely watched as he ages. This isn't "fighting"... This is "frightening". He should be behind porch, not a podium.
Next, watch for "word salads" like he had in St. Louis. He can't even read a teleprompter. Can't wait to see how he does Sunday night.
