Speaking at his daily Coronavirus Press Briefing, President Trump slammed some Democrat Governors and members of Congress for trying to use the Coronavirus Crisis as a “Witch Hunt” – like they did the “Russia Witch Hunt,” that turned out to be a total phony.
He’s right. It’s disgusting how the Democrats are trying to use this virus as a tool to destroy Trump’s Presidency. It’s all about politics for them. President Trump has done a truly outstanding job dealing with this unprecedented crisis. . . .

The Democrats and media have lost ALL credibility and will never be able to recover their reputations after all of this. If the American people can not see them for what they are, they deserve the consequences of supporting evil people like that.

From any truthful and rational perspective, you are right - the Democrats and media SHOULD have zero credibility.
But unfortunately, that’s not the way it is.
The Democrats I talk to (less and less) are still buying the fake news narratives - hook, line and sinker - and they hate President Trump more than ever.
They have already long ago accepted the premise that President Trump is evil, stupid and obnoxious, and so any fake news stories that a support that narrative, no matter how far-fetched or groundless, are believed.
When they watch him - they see something completely different than what we see. We see a kind-hearted, patient man, who has sacrificed a lot to serve as President. With his money, he could have spent his golden years living care free on private islands, basking in the love of his beautiful family.
Instead, he works long hours at a thankless job and gets treated horribly but he does it anyway.
What do they see? A buffoon, a monster.
How do they see him so differently?
It’s called ‘confirmation bias’. Since they are already biased against him, any awful thing said about him is perfectly consistent and believable to them, and seems to confirms what they already thought. Anything he says or does is filtered through their bias and confirms what they already thought.
They are so convinced of his low character that they are perfectly OK with teaching their young children that President Trump is evil. Most school teachers and administrators have taken the unprecedented step of refusing to have a picture of the President the classroom. Then, when the children ask why, the teachers end the Democrat parents have to explain why this President doesn’t deserve to be honored and respected.
I have overheard a few of these disgusting conversations and even interrupted a few.
The Democrats have permanently destroyed any chance of civil political discourse, by the use of character assassination - even to the extent of brainwashing small children with this filth.
I don’t know where we go from here - I’ve lost a lot of friends in the last three years who used to be fun to hang around with even though we disagreed on politics. Now it’s just a matter of time before the Trump bashing begins and it’s not about policy - it’s disgusting personal attacks that I am just not willing to listen to.
The whole thing makes me physically sick to the stomach - and sad.
Why did they have to sink so low?
