Ive told of other black Americans who feel much the same way about crime.

I used to work for an African-American software engineer. He lived in downtown DC. He said there was always a gang of youths on his corner, causing trouble harassing people. He said that if the police came by once a week and hung one from the street light, it would only take 2 weeks to fix the problem.
Live ammo for any rioters, especially after a curfew has been called.
