Imagine if some wit got a long 4x4 and descended a few disguised mannequins wearing black hoods from it with nooses. “Looter” signs on them in the old style. Take plenty of pictures for posterity, mostly so nobody can pretend they were real. Hell, put a “mannequin art project” watermark on them.
Of course the police would be called there lickity split, but if a few higher ranking cops knew about it ahead of time, they could probably delay the response time a bit.
The point is to send a message both to the looters and the worthless city government that the public are losing patience with them, and without the police both groups would be in a lot of trouble.
The outfit on the dude with the RPG is awesome...
Need to stick to being maids, stenographers and dispatchers. Heather Locklear still isn’t taking anyone down by force and Laura Croft is a made up fantasy.
The least they could have done was shoot the thug’s damn dog........
