A change of venue, will and should be, requested. Presenting his defense in a more neutral court setting would be the right thing to do. I don’t think every thing, excepting the knee on the neck, is as cut and dry as most people think. Policing protocol, concerning tactics, will be brought up. Floyd’s use of drugs, his combativeness, his general health and his prior records of abuse toward police and others will be scrutinized. He won’t get off but he may get a reduced charge. Than all hell will break out, for sure!
