I would like to hear from the people living in that section of the city -
What are the conditions there - food/water/garbage collection/work/safety on the streets/etc.
I would hope those people - if there are any regular “citizens” still in that “autonomous zone” - will be crying out for help from this idiot Governor.
Then, would the President need to declare Martial Law and send in the troops?

Move good people out of the area - then turn off the water and deal with it like a hostage situation. Negotiate them to death until they give up in total frustration.
Then charge them with every crime on the books that might apply. Let the thug's 'mommies and daddies' pay their damn legal bills. This is NOT an army - its a bunch of out of control thugs.
Again, it's a hostage situation. Turn off the water. Have teams used to dealing with hostage situations move in and negotiate things like 'would you like some hamburgers? Pickles with that? How about tomatoes?

We have to fort up, in place, until the Golden Horde passes by. I'm across the river from Portland. Antifa learned, a couple of years ago, that crossing the bridge is a no-good, very bad idea. They were informed that there would be no free passes for Antifa, and after one of them tried to block traffic and got driven over, They haven't been back.
We have a bunch that live here, but they are commuting revolutionaries, taking the Tri-Met to Portland.
