It will however do nasty things to transport, supply chains, and panic / emergency supplies; particularly if more than one is used.
And if they loft an EMP (I think I've read, either they, or Iran, has lofted satellites to the sweet spot in altitude for that), all bets are off.
If those developments come to pass, the US and the American Hemisphere will be a vast region of peace and security. Moreover, Israel has a substantial military edge against her adversaries, and with the Palestinians despised by the Sunni Arabs and Iran and Turkey relatively weak, any action against Israel will be mostly symbolic. As for China and India, neither wants a wider war, but the ongoing Chinese aggression will further push India and other neighbors of China toward cooperation with the US. China’s bad manners and imperial intentions do not serve her well.
