Cute idea, but completely impractical.

Only if you don't mind the paperwork the gov't has on you for buying a lower from someone else.

Buy an 80% lower, for cash, and no fed paperwork. Ask around, and I'll wager that you can find a friend who already has the jigs to mill one. Do it yourself, and that way it's a home build, and not illegal. No serial number or paperwork, until you try to sell it.

But, that's another story...
