Yeah it's a yawn a minute here in the "sleepy state capitol." Most days, aint nothin goin on more excitin than a game o' checkers at the barbar shop.....that is until rush hour starts and the 2.1 million people in the sleepy 6-county area start heading home on the freeways.
Yeah, doesn't Sacramento have, like, a half-million people in the city alone, let alone the metro area? Montpelier, Vermont it aint.
