You don't consider Graham a RINO?
Graham and DeWine are really close calls. To me, a RINO (or a DINO) is someone who'd be just as content in the other party. I'm not entirely sure Graham or DeWine would be content as Democrats. Chafee and Specter I'm sure would, and McCain would just be doing his same contrived political opportunist "maverick" BS.
You're joking right? He is close to the worst, Specter beats him though.

Sigh. I had such high hopes for Graham. He was actually *very* good at standing up for media-hated conservative positions, when he was in the House. Alas, it seems that was merely because he knew it made a name for himself to run for higher office.
