A former Greenwood teacher filed a “humongous” brief Thursday appealing her September 2006 conviction on sexual-assault charges, according to her attorney.
Deanna Bobo, 39, was sentenced to two consecutive six-year prison terms, one for each of two counts of first-degree sexual assault, after a weeklong jury trial. She was accused of having sex with a minor male student on two occasions while she was a teacher at Raymond G. Wells Junior High School in 2005.

Is it just me... or...
wouldn't the name Bobo give a clue?
I'm not sure after years of indulgence but that sure sounds like an insult we used to use here in Brooklyn or not.......

She was accused of having sex with a minor male studentUmm...no. She was convicted. I suspect writer Wanda Freeman has an agenda of pushing the perception that womyn don't commit sex crimes, as opposed to the other possibility of being grammatically challenged.

Funny, this guy at work had a photo of his wife on his desk, kinda like one of those foggy Penthouse types, she looked pretty hot.
(Not that I know what one of those are)
