Maybe ManBearPig is a better fit. Afterall, the Senator is the latest manifestation of the media’s and Democratic messianic hopes (instead of Algore’s cartoon dementia). There are actually people saying he’s like President Lincoln! When Obama falls the next guy will be even more annoyingly and unjustly adored by the left.
As I see it, the media is focusing ONCE AGAIN on the lesser and less damaging stories (with Kerry it was focusing on what he did in ‘Nam rather than what he said before the cameras in Washington): Obama’s racism instead of his communism (from his liberation theology preferences) being one example.
