I would be surprised and a little disappointed if the pre-nup doesn’t limit who gets what. Tiger was very well off before they married and I am sure his attorney saw to it that those interests were protected.
And despite what others have commented on, Elin did not “earn” any of the money Tiger made. She does not play golf, she does not appear in any endorsements. She is entitled to some, but not half and certainly not most no matter how wronged she was.
This from a man who was on the other side - the court didn’t give a crap how much screwing around there was. They look at a chart, come up with a figure and away they go.
