Saw the video, and the blood on the wall and on his face makes this very suspect to me.
Ha! It looks like someone came along and plastered around his head. Poor pooch!

I noticed that blood on the wall and am a bit suspicious myself. If someone did that just to get a little air-time, I'd like to put their head in the wall and see how they like it.
I can see how this could happen. Chasing a cat or a rat that went through the hole easily. Once the dogs head went through he could not pull it back the other way because of his ears and his hair. We found a cat with its head stuck in a glass jar the same way. We pulled on the jar and could not get it off, had to break the jar to rescue the cat.

I thought it looked like blood, too - on the wall. Thought it might be red paint splatters, because it looked dry and a bit too bright. Had to look again to see anything on his face. I guess you mean the eyebrows.
Not necessarily nefarious, though. Putting your just-small-enough head through rough concrete could gouge at the high points on the way through, if he did it fast as some suggest after an animal or such. Why would eye areas be bloody, either - not an ideal way to beat an animal, I’d think.
Living in California has the same effect on dogs and people.Sooner or later,you get stupid.
