No, it will not happen. He would need the support of the military and he lacks it at this point. If tried, the tanks would roll and the Joint Chiefs would rule as a Junta until elections could be held. Not going to happen. Besides—such a move would need leadership—something Obama lacks.

No, but neither have I seen massive riots in every major city, on a daily basis with building burned, and people dying in the streets. (which is what it would take for a president to declare martial law without being tared and feathered for it) So if that's his goal, he's failing miserably. It's kind of difficult to fomment an uprising, when your "base" tends to be shiftless and lazy and would rather sit in front of the TV with a beer, because it's just to darn hot to leave the air conditioning and go out and riot, even for Obama.

Still, I would monitor domestic US military movements, and particularly D.C. National Guard and adjacent state National Guards, for anything out of the ordinary. And there are multiple ways of doing this, not to mention you can take it to the banks that from within the ranks of our patriotic United States military, Loose Lips Sink Obama. There are just too many patriotic Americans to even consider carrying out an unconstitutional order from the Commander to enforce unconstitutional measures and the usurping of the powers of other Federal branches of government by the Executive Branch.
