I’ve been a strong union advocate all my life. For many decades, union support has been able to accomplish many wonderful things for working people, including a living wage. But times have changed; in many cases, unions have not, particularly with public service unions.

The Unions are now and have always been a parasitical Vampire..
So you’ve been a parasite low these many years..
They have always sucked blood from the economy..
In some cares they were Ticks or Tapeworms, or even mosquitoes..
In the beginning some Unions were logical but most were not..
As time rolled on ALL became parasites.. instead of workers helpers..
GIMME GIMME is what Unions became and are..
No justification for govt workers to unionize at all, ever!
Definitely right.
Members have nothing to say about the Unions..
They Mob controlled.. as they always were..
ALL OF THEM...
The question is which Mob?...
Now there is the right question...
Not too long ago Obama, and liberals generally, were very critical of the Right as being paranoid about the government. They insisted that we could trust the government to have our interests in mind when they regulated our lives and our health care and so on. But now we are led to believe that this same government, which we can trust with our health care decisions, does not have the best interests of their own employees in mind as those people need unions in order to protect them. How is this possible? Is the government nothing more than a self-interested body which takes advantage of their employees, or are they the benevolent friend who is looking out for those same people when it comes to the rest of their lives? Obama’s insistence on both of these mutually exclusive propositions at the same time should be a major point of concern for anyone considering voting for him.
