...and yet they are treated almost like "Here's a speeding ticket...be on your way?" ????????????????????

More evidence people need to lawfully carry a weapon to protect themselves!!!!! (Because the P.D. won't -- even when they have the felon-perps in their presence! They will just slough off felony assault like a moving vehicle violator!)
