Uh, excuse me your "lyin' king" appointed judgeship. You might want to choose different terminology when talking about gay marriage. Somehow using "deeply" and "rooted" are a little uh, off-putting.

Marriage between a man and woman is deeply rooted in history...in fact, it is what has saved societies...it is the very fabric that has kept this country great and strong. Redefine it...pervert it...and society will soon crumble.

Actually that would be laws against sodomy that were deeply rooted in our nation’s history.

time to purge law schools.

1. shut down the diploma mills.

2. prohibit far left only professors.

3. end tenure.

4. end bankruptcy immunity for law school loans. (if a graduate files bankruptcy, make the law school pay the bill)

"Deeply Rooted " would be appropriate only in Australian jargon
Not here in the States !

"deeply rooted in the nation’s history and implicit in the concept of ordered liberty."

I would like to see him prove that.

Another liberal prog jackass who thinks he is up on American history. Activist “judges” suck.

They're also ridiculously obvious blatant lies. Obummer and his minions take brazenness to a totally new level.

I don’t see a “right” to marry the same sex listed anywhere in the US Constitution.

Marriage between two individuals of the same sex is not deeply rooted in either our or any other society, in fact it flies directly in the face of the very definition of the term marriage.

I challenge the judge to prove any such claim.

Using the judge’s logic, you have an existing right to marry a ‘57 Chevy.

Marriage isn’t mentioned in the constitution but falls under religious freedoms.

As I stated on another thread: This judge needs to be given a pee test. A person would have to be on drugs to come up with that kind of logic.

The judge seems to live in an alternate reality, with an alternate history, and is clearly unfit for his position. Either that or he’s yet another damned pervert pushing his depraved agenda, who’s a disgrace to the free American air he breathes.

Scum like this judge has done far more damage to the country than al-Qaeda could have ever conceived.

I remember as a child, the left insisted that marriage needed to be eliminated because it was an "outdated vestige of the patriarchy" or some such nonsense. That was also back in the days where we had to "do something" about global cooling, speech that was most ridiculous was most in need of protection and we needed to stave off repression by "the man", i.e. government.

Nowadays, marriage is a critical right which must be recognized in ever more ridiculous combinations (they certainly won't stop with gay marriage), we have to "do something" about global warming (er - climate change), only the most ridiculous speech is now allowed, and they have become "the man" and don't you dare question them.

It's like an entire movement running out of John "flip flop" Kerry's brain.

Excuse me?

Marriage is a legal/religious institution that arose out of our basic biological imperatives. It exists to ensure the survival of the human race. Everything about marriage is an extension of that basic biological mandate.

What, about homosexual partnerships, fulfills the biological mandate of reproducing and ensuring the survival of one’s bloodlines? Is there a single aspect of homosexual partnerships that resembles heterosexual relationships (entered into for the sake of producing/rearing children)? Everything I have read about homosexuality suggests that the formation of long-term relationships is a rarity; the fleeting hook-up culture is more the norm. You can’t change that by destroying marriage.

Deeply ROOTED? You can't make this crap up, can you??

Speaking of "deeply rooted", I'll bet one of these guys knows how THAT feels.

Unfortunately, most Americans don't know – or care – just how far down the drain we've slid!

Sorta gives new meaning to the once proud boast that one served under a West Pointer!

Anything spent on this dipshit’s education was simply p!ssed down a rat hole. That is what is “deeply rooted in nation’s history.”
