Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) says he relates to President Barack Obama the same way most Democratic senators do:

An acquaintance of mine is friendly with a GOP Congressman who showed him some cell phone photos that were taken in a meeting with Obama.
Obama was seen alternately delivering finger-wagging lectures, and then falling asleep when someone else was talking.
That’s probably typical. Crying Man Boehner of course slapped an embargo on those pictures.

AR seems to have elected many conservatives to the legislature, and they have overridden a number of liberal Governor Beebe’s vetoes. But they have a soft spot for all Pryors; haven’t rejected one since 1972 in a runoff senatorial primary.
