Researchers from Michigan have scoured websites, search engine results and social networks dating back as far as 1996 in search of people who discussed select events before they happened.

They even asked time travellers from the future to tweet using a specific hashtag.

Yet despite comprehensive analysis of thousands of records, they were unable to find any evidence time travellers existed.

Time travel exists beyond the human realm. God and His angels (and the fallen angels) exist beyond time.

Time is not a thing to be traveled through but a box into which human reality is mired. Don't go into the litter box unless you want to experience a stickiness of time.

I’d bet that these “researchers” are actually time travelers who have been sent back to clean up messes made by other time travelers.

One must always come to the opposite conclusion one is tempted to come to. They don’t expect that.

Funny.

Based on ST:TNG you were lucky to make it through a WEEK without traversing the space-time continuum.

Of course, it never occurs to those in the “wrong” timelines that if the timeline is corrected they would cea

Well if nobody form the future has shown up yet, it suggests that we not only have not mastered it now but we probably never will master time travel. So we may just as well surrender on that and worry about more realistic dreams like building new colonies on Mars.

Time travelers from the future have already seen future (therefore dirtier) porn, they’d have no need for the current internet.

If time travel were ever possible I suspect it would be a one way trip forward.

If people in the future are smart they would prevent a traveler from returning to the past anyway.

Apparently they missed the hundreds (thousands?) of posts on FR that predicted 0bamaCare would be a disaster before it was even voted into law.

Alternative explanation: In the future, people are smart enough not to waste their time arguing on the Internet.

(I didn’t say it was a *probable* explanation.)

But thing is, someone would have eventually done it at some point, after a certain number of years someone would very likely come along with the proper planning skills and determination to defy any orders not to go to the past. There’s just too many attractive incentives available for someone interested in going to the past.

How did they do that then, if they don't exist?
