Okay, I need to know this BEFORE I give my husband his tablet for...all the gifts for the next year. Purchased a tablet for him because he will be spending time with his dad who is in a care center/home bound about an hour from our house. Only internet access for him will be at the care center and husband needs something to bide his time.
How does a guy transport a tablet from place to place? I have a purse, obviously transport is NOT an issue. What sort of bag, luggage, case, does a guy use and not look like sissified? I KNOW the issue will come up as he's all about not looking like a metrosexual. LOL
Help...
He’ll just carry the same as a paper book.
I’m female and that’s what I do, anyway, when it won’t fit in my purse.
I use a briefcase or a backpack. Nobody comments on the daisies but that may be the spiked mace at my belt...
I carry my Ipad in a folding cover in my hand.

Just buy a case for the tablet and let him carry it.

Buy him a hard case in which he can secure his tablet or reader; he should be able to use it while it is in the case and not need to be removed. It will last longer.
Other than that, nothing to it.
Hubby carries his in a padded fabric briefcase. He also carries books, magazines notepads in there, and a wireless hot spot.
Just a cover...carry in hand as if a book. No need for a Pajama Boy man purse (murse).
Put it in the type of case that is simple, but functional. A hard sort of case, preferably black or grey in colour.
You could also ask him. If it’s supposed to be a surprise, you could ask him when you “happen” to see an ad with a male model carrying it, or if you see it when you two are shopping as to how a male might carry it and keep his masculinity.
I carry my kindle in an ammo can.
If his father is in a care facility, he’ll be unconscious half the time. During these sleepy moments, do you suggest the man just stare at a wall?

After he breaks it he’ll put it in a case to carry it.
Great question - if it's not too late, get him a 7"/8" tablet. It fits inside a front pant pocket / jacket pocket, this eliminating the "metrosexual" look.

Wow, about a 10 on the hostility/judgmental scale, Sirius.
1) Husband does not DO Facebook
2) His dad is sleeping most of the time when husband visits, of course he pays attention and helps out when his dad is awake.
3)Not just for internet, more for the music, movies, apps.
