I ran Mickey D’s for over twenty two years and had a lot of odd things happen, but thank God nothing like that! Either I lived right (no, no I didn’t) or my stores just weren’t in the weird triangle. Drunks, punks and homeless but no rampaging fuglees.

Yeah, I worked my way through HS and college at a 24 hr gas station. (back when there was still such a thing as full service!) I've worked every shift including many third shifts. Never saw anything like that.

I highly recommend to our young FR readers that you get a job (if only for a while as a starter job) that puts you in contact with the general public. It will do wonders for your perspective on people. I'm constantly amazed that some people are able to feed, clothe, and clean themselves without assistance...
