The writer Busbee is a leftist fool - who while reporting this is cringing at the thouhgt of a guy named Bubba in a waffle house down south.

I’ve gotten into many back and forths with this little twerp on twitter -over his biased coverage of everything from Mike Sam to the Redskins name to Jason Collins. Etc. All the leftwing crap, masquerading as sports news.

Anyone else still ask for their hash browns ‘in the ring?’
I’ve never been crazy about scattered.

You can't tell if he's wearing the green jacket in that photo,

Useless bit of trivia: The jackets are kept in lockers at Augusta National. They are not to be worn outside of or removed from the grounds, though I think Gary Player got away with lifting one.

Love their hash browns. I think Phil Mickelson was actually looking into buying the whole Waffle House chain some years back.

I am very pleased he has won a second Master’s Tournament! From the beginning of this one I was hoping he’d do it. He is a real gentleman and down to earth guy! Good for him!

Loves me some Waffle House! It was my designated hangout during finals week in college. Where else could you get a cup of hot tea and an order of fried cheese sticks at 3 in the morning?

FYI, Bubba is a southern baptist and does not drink...
His persona with the press is much different than with the caddies and other golfers. He's considered aloof and a pric#.

If he didn’t go to Sconyer’s BBQ (or at least one of the other find BBQ places in and around Augusta) it is less bright than I thought.

You do NOT go to Augusta and not eat BBQ at least once, twice if you can get to Sconyer’s.

I like the Waffle House. The whole history of the business is a great American success story. I like the way that the waitress has to move to a particular spot on the floor to call out her order to the cooks (for optimum acoustical effect) and the way that the cooks have to flip the eggs on the grill. Everything is down to a science.

I really like having the grits. Not many restaurants know how to make grits properly. Waffle House does.

I always know I am in friendly territory when I see a Waffle House. They are open 24 hours a day! They never close, even on Valentines Day! Which is good, because I took my wife there on Valentines Day once.

They mostly have Waffle Houses in the South. You get south of the Mason-Dixon line and there are the bulk of your Waffle Houses right there. NASCAR country. I don't watch NASCAR but I do eat at the Waffle House whenever I can.

I like the ham and cheese omelette with grits, English Muffins and TWO side orders of bacon. Now bacon goes good with just about everything - especially at the Waffle House.

Every Waffle House also has a jukebox. Go ahead, go see for yourself. Jukeboxes! And they have songs specific to Waffle House. What I mean to say is there are actually songs written ABOUT the Waffle House. Dozens of songs actually. Songs like "I'm Going Back to the Waffle House" and "Waffle Do Wop". I'm not kidding. "Waffle House For You And Me" and "They're Cooking Up My Order." Go ahead, put some quarters in the jukebox and play some of those songs next time you go there for breakfast. Or lunch. Or Dinner. Or just to hang out and drink coffee. Which I have done myself a time or two.
