IMHO, all calls going OUT of the country or INTO the country from outside should be allowed to be wiretapped as necessary. Inside the country is another matter that would require a warrant.

Of course the feds would argue that if the calls crossed state lines then they could do it at will............

I think it should be legal to wiretap the elected officials by common citizens.
