COBB COUNTY, Ga. —

State investigators have arrested a woman accused of seeking a tax refund of more than $94 million.

Now investigators say they are looking for the woman's relative, whom they say also filed a fake tax return.

Channel 2 Action News was at a Cobb County supermarket as Brigitte Jackson was arrested at the bank counter inside the store.

“It doesn’t matter if it’s $94 or $94 million. We’re going to go after you and hold you accountable,” said Georgia Department of Revenue Special Investigations Chief Josh Waites.

It take a colossal set of...nerves to try bilking somebody out of that much money. Delusions of Grandeur. Her first response; “It’s always worked before!”.

Now if the IRS would go after Lois Lerner whose skulduggery has cost the taxpayer way more than $94 million, if you consider that her crimes most likely threw the 2012 election and opened the door to profligate spending by the Obamas and their minions.

Actually, it does matter but we don't want to say so.

Could be worse.

She could have tried to get 501(c)(3) as a conservative organization.

LOL you don’t mess with the IRS...

She should have sent her return in from Moldavia. The IRS would have sent her the check.

It was not the IRS. She was arrested by Georgia State Income tax pole-eece. Maybe the $94 million dollars of state income tax withholding that she typed into the W2 box was a little too high.

If she listens to Rush Limbaugh, she knows that she can call Tax Defense Partners and get them to apply for a First-Time Penalty Abatement Waver.

Unless your are an illegal alien and/or an identity thief. Or a member of Congress or the Treasurer of the US.
