Just for fun only and take a break from politics.

Anyhow, someone took the time to blend the old and new Star wars vs. The new Star Trek movies to make it look like a Trailer for a new movie.

I think they did a pretty good job. Hope you like it.

Hmm, the only way I could really tell it was the merging of two movies was the lack of lens flares in the Star Wars scenes. :) Brilliant.

Although the JJ Abrams version of Star Trek is full of action and visually stunning at times, it basically betrays the whole idea. Where does it “seek out new life and new civilizations”? According to his own words, he wanted to make it more like Star Wars. One of the main reason there are Star Trek fans is because it’s not like Star Wars.

Great editing on the part of the video-maker. I enjoyed it. Thanks for posting!

This.....this could actually work. Even without the use of some illegal substance, I can get an actual plot developing.

When Hollywood is done milking every other franchise dry with sequels and reboots, they will definitely do this.

I just think the nerd fights off-screen may actually dwarf the ones in the movie!

Great example of the Hollywood business as usual - when you have no new ideas, steal someone else's and "re-imagine".

Oh well, if that's what the public wants...

Freddy vs. Hulk

Jason vs. Predator

Optimus Prime vs. C3PO

The Star Wars vs Marvel/DC looks even better.

Batman with a lightsaber? I’d pay to see that.
