After the international oil price war, it’s going to get very interesting with hundreds of millions of new drivers around the world. Numbers of new finds for cheap drilling declined years ago. The Saudis are punching more holes in existing plays, and shale plays have short life expectancies before getting too expensive. Oh, there will be plenty of oil. It will be high priced, though.

Some say oil prices might go down to $20 per barrel before going up, BTW.

Winter’s coming...if it goes down further it won’t be for long...

They knew doing this would cut into the Shale producers...but I tend to think they knew it would be coming as well....they can wait it out as well...

It’s all of OPEC....it wasn’t a problem until Obama said we’d be ‘exporting’ our Shale oil....Saudi and other ME oil producers had already expanded their base, beyond what we use, to other nations. It was the threat we’d be exporting oil.
