A Burbank man faces more than 11 years in state prison if convicted in connection with allegations that he punched a 78-year-old Costco shopper following a dispute over a Nutella waffle sample.

The incident occurred Sunday morning at the Costco located at 1051 W. Burbank Blvd.
The punch left the victim with with facial swelling and a significant cut above the left eye, Losacco said. He victim was transported to a local hospital by Burbank paramedics, and he was treated for his injuries and released.

Appalling, shameful and disgusting. It seems any shame has disappeared from the general public. It seems anything goes and it gets posted to a social website and most everyone is accepting.I think this is helping feed the hollow society. We are losing our humanity.

The real tragedy to me is that someone his own age didn't step up and give the loser the country ass-kicking he so richly deserved...

In Texas and similar places, a lot of the old guys will shoot the crap out of someone like this creep.
The script for the Nutella commercial:
1. Punk 24 year old cuts in front of a 78 year old and takes all the Nutella Waffles.
2. The 24 year old punk punches the 78 year old guy in the face knocking him to the ground.
3. The 78 year old’s three grandchildren, triplet 8 year old girls beat the 24 year old punk to a pulp.
4. The police arrive and cart off the punk.
5. The police honor the triplets for doing the right thing.
6. The Moham-madmen association known as CAIR accuse the girls of being anti-Muslim.
7. The girls respond: We are not anti-Muslim. We just do what you folks won’t to your bad apples—make applesauce out of them.

I suspect that this is yet another tawdry example of our American xenophobia and nativism.
Once again we are refusing to embrace the cultural norms of the 3rd World utopia that Mr Gharabighi hails from. Punching 78 yr old Americans in the snoot is acceptable in most of the 3rd world.
