Nothing says I’m an Evangelical Christian Conservative like a shaming letter. LOL!

Well, like I said before when he was calling Ted “Nasty”; if Trump wanted my vote .. that is not the way to get it.

Unsinn!. Trump has no motive except to create doubt in the minds of voters. AS for as the Founders if they were born to subjects of King George , they were also subjects of King George, at least until 1783. Don’t be confused by the language of the 14th Amendment. It only added to the list of American citizens, member of the black race whom the Supreme Court in Dred Scot declared not to be Citizens of the United States even if they were free persons. It did not supersede previous naturalization law.

If you can’t attack their policies, just destroy their character. Just what the Dems have been doing for years. It works. Then the whole country pays

The way things are progressing, Cruz might be so damaged
that he might not be able to win reelection to the Senate.

************

Don’t assume he’d run for re-election. Cruz has a habit of not staying in any job too long.

You don’t get it. You all lie about other candidates to push your guy. If Carson or Rubio was second you would tell lies about them. You’ll expect us to back your guy later while trashing our guys. Trump has real issues that will cause us to lose the general but your such a worshipper of trump you don’t care.

Your not sure if it would be a good thing if we lost the most conservative man in the senate? No wonder our side is getting it’s a** kicked by the uni-party Washington Cartel.

Yep, look at what they are doing to the most conservative, anti-establishment man in the senate. People are so fickle...this is apparently true even for many people who call themselves conservative on Free Republic.

Yes he did, I saw the tweet, he included “in Canada”. Ted was born in Canada tus automatically securing Canadian citizenship. Ted didn’t renounce that citizenship until 15 months ago.

So, Donald Trump says something that is true about Ted Cruz and the Tediban gets upset? That must mean it could be a problem for Ted.

They absolutely work. When a man with no conscience like Saul Trump decides to slash and burn opponents, no Lie is too Big.

Why should Cruz have known Canadian law? American law supercedes it, and Ted knows the US Constitution inside out. You know this, but you and others choose to be childish.

No does US law apply in Canada. The common law, however, applies in both countries and Horace Binney had this to say on the common law and naturalization laws in America:

The notion that there is any common law principle to naturalize the children born in foreign countries, of native-born American father and mother, father or mother, must be discarded. There is not, and never was, any such common law principle.

This determination has been the basis of US law for about a century now.

American law does not supersede Canadian law. American law app;lies only in America under areas of American jurisdiction. Cruz was born under the jurisdiction of Canadian law. he was born into allegiance to Canada. By every known common law definition of natural born citizen, he is a natural born citizen of Canada and the common law makes no exception for him. He is not elligible to be POTUS. His charade has gone on long enough.

He is not a NBC of the United States by any known common law definition of NBC.
