Last Friday, a new regulation was proposed by the Obama administration that will make it harder and more expensive for employers to hire and promote white males, enrich class action lawyers, and do absolutely nothing to accomplish the ostensible goal of raising the pay of women relative to men.

Everybody needs to self identify to their HR Department as Black or whatever other race they wish to chose. If a guy born with a dick and balls can self identify as a female, then why can’t a white guy self identify as another race as well?
If he only proposes it, it will die.
This is Transnational Progressivism. Where diversity isn’t enough, but group proportionalism will be required. If 30% of a given area is black, then 30% of doctors, firemen, welders, etc shall be black.

I think they are already collecting statistics on some of the male/female data. They probably will try to do a big gender and class warfare blowup before the election.
I'm so happy to be retiring this Spring.
I can't imagine being a young 20-something starting my working life and career in this economy and PC crazy environment.
As much as we make fun of the millennials, in a lot of ways I feel sorry for them. The baby boom generation had (almost guaranteed) lifetime decent paying manufacturing jobs available to them throughout their lives, in an optimistic and patriotic America.
The young people these days are screwed.
Democrats make such choices, so why not? Ward Churchill I believe is the guys name, and of course Elizabeth Warren chose to be Indians (PC Native Americans) Other Democrats chose to label themselves other races of convenience.
This is all unnecessary and will be a nuisance, but there are many ways to deal with this.
An Electrical Engineer with 5 years experience and a set of certifications, security clearance, living in a specified city will have a given salary, male and female. However, salary is only a component of total compensation. stock options, bonuses, and other perks are a function of performance and contribution. Those who want to leave everyday at 3:00 to attend to family duties or who are unwilling to work extra to prepare an important proposal shouldn’t expect to have a fat check in their bonus envelope. Life is about choices.
All white men will now be penalized and have their wages brought down to the lowest denominator. Businesses aren’t stupid. They aren’t going to give raises to people who don’t deserve them. Everyone will just be a drone paid exactly the same. Good by productivity. No motivated white man is going to take initiative when they know they will never be rewarded.
Good thinking. They are rotten to the core and will do anything and everything.
They’ll probably have many more really divisive and nasty campaign ads.

With Black Liberation Theology we know the whites are to be eliminated. What is strange is that Charles Manson and his followers believed in black revolution, Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground terrorists were trying also to stir up black revolution. What do they think will happen to them? and is this not hate based on race?
As a young white under employed male with a college degree, when I apply for any job I refuse to answer those demographic questions on job applications.
