Question: I have been wondering, if the use of stem cells from someone else (ie:Na fetus) require a person to take anti-rejection drugs for the rest of their life? While using a person’s own cells would not require anti-rejection drugs?

Generally speaking that is correct. When foreign cells are introduced into a body your immune system acts like a cop asking for identification. If the ID of the new cell is not accepted, your immune system will attack it.

Stem cells taken from your own body have the proper credentials. That is why they are not rejected.

Cancer cells are “seen” as belonging, so they are not attacked.
