All of the Trump haters here have been screaming that Trump's supporters are being duped and that Trump will veer left and side with the liberal establishment. The Cruz supporters are certain of this. But WHO is the one that has already done that with his support of the Chicago thugs?
I think last night maybe just sealed the nominations for Trump.

This is just more of the chaos that surrounds “the Donald”. I imagine the other candidates are just as sick of it as I am. It has been nothing but nastiness ever since he got in the race. He ruined the debates. He wil ruin this country if he is elected. I’m sticking with Cruz.

I agree it was a huge missed opportunity for him. I feel so strongly about this that he no longer has my wholeheartrd support. I still don’t like the Donald though so I guess I’ll be holding my nose when I vote. Sure hoped it would be different this time.

Cruz, Kasich, and Rubio joined with the thugs who would silence Trump. The street gang’s ‘’Demonstration,’’ tbat included beating auto bodies and windshields in the adjacent parking garage 3rd floor and street fights outside it iasn’t free speech. It is anarchy orchestrated by moveon.org, la raza, Soros, and BLM.
The first tactic in the liberal playbook is to silence the opposition. That tactic was approved by the trio.
I do not support Cruz or any of the candidates for that matter but I think what Cruz was saying that if you play the game Trump is playing (shouting, name calling, “I’d like to punch him in the face too.”) this is what you get. There is some truth to that.
I am a Cruz supporter, but I am appalled that he missed the opportunity to tell the American people that what we saw last night was professional left-wing political correctness writ large.
He could have used it to attack the left — which always needs attacking — and passionately stand-up for freedom of speech.
He could have condemned the protesters for being left-wing Brown Shirts - Bernie supporters, modern college students who oppose the first amendment by 70% (if I correctly recall a recent poll), and culturally Marxist black leftists who support thuggery and disorder like they did in Ferguson, based on lies.
Frankly, I am disgusted and stunned by Cruz’s response.

Agreed. The remaining Cruz holdouts (self included) had to admit this stung badly- while those already aboard the Trump train are ready to fight even harder.
