john f’n kohn-heinz-kerry (VN hero) has also come to the conclusion that there’s genocide going on at the hands of some branch of some religious fanatical faction. That have nothing to do with the religion of pieces. So, I’m not sure if he can be trusted or not. :>)

By federal prisoners I am sure the focus will be on the illegal alien and black inmates. There is NO WAY they are going to fight for white inmates and blue collar criminals to be freed.
If republicans win in November expect a large scale release to blame a rising crime rate on republicans. If Hillary is elected, the rising crime rate will be blamed on republicans.

The big picture: The prison guard union is powerful. They would not let this happen without howls of protest, because it threatens their power/income/influence. Why are there no howls of protest? Because those empty cells will be filled very quickly, with political prisoners - Read: you and me. The fix is in. By the way, this is a classic example of anarcho-tyranny: the selective enforcement of some laws while ignoring others, so as to keep the populace terrorized by street crime while at the same time giving common criminals a pass. The elites actually WANT crime to be at a certain level. It serves their agenda. I was thinking releasing prisoners was a good thing because it would free up space we can fill with democrats. But if Republicans win the coming elections(s) we will have to act quickly, otherwise your scenario is likely to happen.

Need them to populate the rent a mobs being organized on the commie/muzzie loving Facebook.
Now that they have us at each others throats, never forget that their real goal is not elections this fall but excuses to suspend those elections.

“...the “end mass incarceration” movement wants to reduce the U.S. prison population by 50 percent within the next 10 to 15 years.”
OK. A million rounds of 5.56mm will only cost about $250,000.00, and 100 AR-15s only about $50,000.00. Seems like a cheap way to reduce the prison population - but just the violent offenders - the rest stay.

OTOH, think of it as a target-rich environment.

Alison Holcomb (National director of the ACLU Campaign to End Mass Incarceration) doesn't want thieves and robbers jailed even briefly. If someone steals property, "why is the response to put that person in a cage?" she said. Like Black Lives Matter supporter and Baltimore riot organizer DeRay Mckesson, Holcomb doesn't care about property rights. Like most progs, Holcomb doesn't care about other people's property rights. But you can be sure she cares about her own.

Hmmm. Think she’d be open to someone, feeling entitled, waltzing and and having a seat at the dinner table? Or breakfast table. Probably be okay for someone to move right in and just take over the household. Right?

There’s absolutely no doubt we have to reduce this prison population footprint we have in this country. I’m not sure we should release current prisoners who have been hardened by the system, but we need to stop incarcerating new prisoners on petty crimes and drug abuse. Once these people are in the system, they become hardened and commit real crimes once they’re out. A huge majority of inmates now are there for drug offenses. It’s time to start treating this as a health issue, not an incarceration one. With our prison system setup as it is, there’s a real incentive to keep the population high, and it also continues to lead to even more militarization of our police forces. It’s not what we are about here.
At least it shouldn’t be...

"Its not what we are about here." Should have been "It's not who we are."
Damn spell check.

Agreed - That's the type of mayhem that Big Zer0 has been perpetrating and planning all along.
And with Hitlery indicted by then, he can just executive order himself another term.
