Earth matters ^ | BRYAN NELSON

Posted on 04/04/2016 8:36:05 AM PDT by DUMBGRUNT

The sinkhole downed the entire pond in less than five hours. Even more jarring, the water was stock full of fish, all of which got sucked into the underworld by the insatiable hole, reports people.cn.

The Earth was not only thirsty, but hungry as well.

I blame the humanoid reptiles that live underground they are always digging around and they must have hit the drain pipe for the pond...

Obviously fracking is to blame, but ultimately it can all be traced back to the whole white privilege/homophobic/prolife/islamophobic/Second Amendment/America First rhetoric.

Blamed on a nearby quarry. My guess is that the quarry drained off groundwater which removed support for what had been the bottom of the fish pond, and it collapsed. The fish will probably reappear at the quarry...

In listening to the video, I heard 25 lbs. of fish which sounds more realistic than 50, 000 lbs.

When those fish die and start to rot I wonder how bad the well water is going to smell and taste.

Quarries are for mining, but still it would be pretty bad to be in that quarry.

Well, my hearing is not the best. I heard 25 lbs. but 25 lbs. sounds a lot more reasonable based upon the size of the pond. 25 tons of fish in a pond of that size would mean that the ‘pond’ was all fish and no water. ;-)

Good fishing in the quarry. Those fish will be getting hungry.
