After calling for a fast as Indiana headed to the polls, Glenn Beck has finally weighed in on the news that Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) has canceled his campaign after losing the Indiana primary to Donald Trump.
Beck, an ardent supporter of Cruz, campaigned tirelessly for the Texas senator throughout the primary season, starting first in Iowa and concluding in Indiana yesterday.

A certifiable whack job.
Hooking up with this fat douche was one of the first mistakes the Cruz campaign made.
The guy cost Cruz any chance of getting nominated. Beck is the kind of supporter someone in the campaign needed to sit down with to tell him he was not helping but hurting. What a nut job the guy is.
Next time, try a year.
I think Beck is the single most destructive thing on Cruz’s campaign.

I don’t think Glenn Beck did Cruz any good at all. All his talk about Cruz being sent by God to guide us thru the rapture, how Scalia’s death was part of God’s plan to get us to vote for Cruz, how Cruz was the fulfillment of Mormon prophecy, and how Cruz was like Moses, all sounded like something coming from someone holed-up in a compound with a stockpile of Kool-Aid. Cruz should have never accepted his endorsement, and should have denounced Beck’s religious lunacy.
I think Glenn should continue fasting until the election.

Agree. The moment he swore the good Senator in, I knew it was lights out, just a matter of time. Playing pretend is ok for 5 yr olds slaying the dragon attacking the castle. Not Presidential politics. What a doofus.
So with all the divine talk, the prayer, the fasting and tireless campaigning, does Beck have to admit God let him down?
Maybe Beck will switch allegiance to Gov. John Kasich (Delusional, OH). They can start the Unicorns for Peace Party and pass around the bottle of Haldol. Perhaps Beck will roll his face in Cheetos again so he can reminisce about that cheesy smell when he had his face up Cruz’ posterior.
Probably the only guy to get fatter (certainly stupider) while "fasting".
