What is obvious; what is irrefutable: what is reality has no bearing on whether something under the control of Hussein or the Clintons happens or doesn’t happen. The keeping, concentrating, and expanding of power are the only considerations.
Oath of office? Hell that's for us commoners, not the bosses.
The government is illegitimate and effectively has no authority at the present time. That does not prevent it from taking power totally and squashing all dissent. Power and Authority are not synonymous.
If the fix is in, you can bet that the FBI and DOJ will spin the findings to minimize the damage politically to Hillary. They will spread the blame around including to the State Department that allowed her to operate a private server to conduct official business. The bottom line will be a slap on the wrist.
The Dems and the MSM will assert that Hillary commited some minor infractions that the VRWC made into a witch hunt. It will be treated as just another Benghazi. Hillary will be the victim of another politically motivated attack seeking to prevent the election of our first woman President.
Look for some weak guilty charges against Hillary creating the impression that justice was done.
The federal government could collapse entirely, and many people would not notice any change. We have layers of law and order givers in this country. The fact that feds are running without moral justification doesn't mean that the states and localities are.
Just saying, there are multiple safeguards against literal anarchy, all the way down to your neighborhood.
At this point, that's all they have. They don't have legitimacy and they certainly don't have Constitutional authority for their lawlessness. The compact is broken.

I’m sure that many people hoped Clinton’s impeachment would end with a conviction, but if it had, Al Gore would have been POTUS.
Similarly, if Hillary is indicted and that puts her out of the race (or worse, generates idiotic sympathy for her resulting in improved popularity), the consequences might be more unpleasant than if she is allowed to skate.
So be careful what you wish for. She can always be investigated for Clinton Foundation mischief later, during Trump’s administration.
Even if she walks, nobody can/will do anything about it.
So, she knows how corrupt the Clintons are - and they know all the dirt on her lying racist past.
The politicians and bureaucrats, a/k/a, The Ruling Elite/Class consider us, the Citizen, to be nothing more than peons, serfs, slaves, and dirtbags. Not fit to be allowed in their presence without their armed guards nearby. Our sole and only purpose is to work in order to pay the taxes necessary to support their luxurious lifestyle until we die. They ceased regarding us as equals long ago. Also, in their view, the laws, criminal and civil, do not apply to them.

And she also knows full well that the second that they consider her a threat, that they will kill her quickly, ruthlessly, and without hesitation.
The MSM has been steadily building up Comey’s “amazing integrity” so that we’ll believe him when he takes a dive like Sonny Liston.
My sense is the Clintons are worried, maybe even desperate and are pulling out the stops trying to pressure Lynch into an action which will force a delay.
Worry does not predict outcome. It is anyone’s guess.
