The great part is she’s the nominee no matter what and the “burning documents” thing, from Huma the lover, she who is married to the pervert (I know, which one), will be very damaging in days to come.
No fancy terms needed to understand.
Document/Burned. EVERYONE can get that
Either way Hillary is hooped.
If she does get charged, Trump gets to portray her as a criminal unfit for the Office.
If she doesn’t get charged, Trump gets to showcase THAT as proof that The Establishment - Hillary, Obama, Lynch, and all the sorry rest of them - is rigged and corrupt.
Either way, Trump wins and Hillary loses.
Bring it on.
Comey has to recommend indictment, given the evidence, and Lynch has to indict.
If either of them fail to do what the law demands, the government will effectively become illegitimate, and without any authority to function at all.
I am sure there is plenty of dirt on Comey. You don’t get that high in the regime unless Obama has 100% control over you.

The above listed material, as far as Hillary is concerned, don’t mean squat.
Comey is totally owned and controlled by obama. Comey, at the end of the day , will do as obama tells him to. Which will be to clear Hillary.
Comey is the new Justice Roberts who will save us from the evil Democrats
What is obvious; what is irrefutable: what is reality has no bearing on whether something under the control of Hussein or the Clintons happens or doesn’t happen. The keeping, concentrating, and expanding of power are the only considerations.
Oath of office? Hell that's for us commoners, not the bosses.
I’m sure that many people hoped Clinton’s impeachment would end with a conviction, but if it had, Al Gore would have been POTUS.
Similarly, if Hillary is indicted and that puts her out of the race (or worse, generates idiotic sympathy for her resulting in improved popularity), the consequences might be more unpleasant than if she is allowed to skate.
So be careful what you wish for. She can always be investigated for Clinton Foundation mischief later, during Trump’s administration.
My sense is the Clintons are worried, maybe even desperate and are pulling out the stops trying to pressure Lynch into an action which will force a delay.
Worry does not predict outcome. It is anyone’s guess.
The fact that the Justice Department didn’t object to several key witnesses using the same attorney (http://politi.co/1Rto6yR) is suggestive either that those involved have no fear of culpability, that Justice isn’t playing hardball, or some combination thereof.
That the President has scheduled campaign trips on Air Force One for Clinton is a clear sign that an Indictment is not forthcoming or that the issue will be reduced to misdemeanor charges that can be swept under the rug. I’m betting the former.
If the Republicans had any guts, they would retroactively impeach Clinton from her Secretary of State job, convict her in the Senate, and disqualify her from “again holding an office of public trust.” Some Democrats might actually go along with that plan, at this point.
“So Comey can’t easily give Secretary Clinton a pass and at the same time be true to his oath of office.”
Watch him. He will hide behind “no malice aforethought” even though she clearly set up the system to avoid transparency laws. Her defense is “she isn’t a computer expert” but she doesn’t need to be. The State Dept could have created the email system for her but she purposefully avoided that.
Hillary is innocent. She didn’t understand the disk wipe cloths would erase all that data. She thought she was just dusting them...
