However, Kaine would make Virginia a lock.
Castro would help in Florida and may put Arizona in play.

For her, its either to nail down her base or attract swing voters.
Keep in mind no votes because of a presidential candidate’s running mate.
Outcome in terms of moving votes at best will be a wash.
