The Myth of Hillary’s Ground Game
Edward Klein ^ | 9/20/2016 | Ed Klein

Posted on 09/25/2016 9:43:53 PM PDT by Signalman

My new book, Guilty as Sin: Uncovering New Evidence of Corruption and How Hillary Clinton and the Democrats Derailed the FBI Investigation, is hot off the press just as Donald Trump is surging in the polls. Faced with this terrifying prospect, Democrats try to console themselves with the mantra that Hillary has a better ground game—polling data and grassroots organization—than Donald.

But ED KLEIN CONFIDENTIAL recently discovered that this mantra is a myth.

We spoke to an election expert who has visited many of Hillary’s campaign offices, where he interviewed staffers and found that the Clinton operation is “chaotic.”

“There are too many people giving orders and a lot of the effort is at cross purposes,” the expert told us. “Hillary often goes around [campaign manager Robby] Mook and other top people and starts an operation on her own. Chelsea interferes regularly, giving orders, even firing people. Huma [Abedin] also deliberately interferes with the operation.

“Bill and his people pay no attention to Brooklyn [campaign headquarters], write their own speeches, schedule travel completely without regard to the campaign organization,” the expert continued. “Bill contradicts his wife and says things that can’t be undone. Like his saying on the Charlie Rose show that she ‘frequently’ faints.

“With so many people working at such cross purpose there are often fights, loud shouting matches, with someone storming out and leaving those remaining to try to figure out what that person was working on. There have even been fist fights, and I understand that law suits have been threatened, if not yet actually filed.

“The other problem is that a lot of the interns are really Bernie [Sanders] supporters, and are only working for Hillary because she is not Donald Trump. Naturally, they watch the polls constantly, and what they see they don’t like.”

The inside story of Hillary’s campaign can be found in my new book, Guilty as Sin, which will be published October 4 and is available for pre-order on amazon.com and barnesandnoble.com.

What “ground game”? I live in IL where she’s supposedly from, and I have yet to see a Hillary bumper sticker or yard sign.

The ground game may be digging a hole

This is the sort of chaos we can all look forward to if the Hag gets in. There might be 4 years worth of that circus to endure, but not 8. They would self-destruct and take the country if not the world with them long before then.

It is, and always was, all fake. She never had ground game.

She was anointed by the press, and made by them, supported by them, and was planning on becoming president by their actions and subversions.

Same with zero, it was the press that covered for him, and made him.

They, the press, do not care about the individual weaknesses or lawlessness of the individual, their eye is on the prize, the presidency.

Trump was not supposed to gain traction, the designated loser Jeb was the goat for this round.

Now, Trump is leading, and they are wetting themselves trying to sink him, while Hillary babbles on and on, with no clear direction to take.

Just spent the last week in northern Illinois. Absolutely no Hillary signs or bumper stickers. I did see two Trump signs. No doubt many will vote for her, but there is no enthusiasm evident.

Trump can get more of those Bernie voters as he campaigns to clean out the corruption in WashDC — he’s the antithesis of Her Corruptness (HilLIARy). A lot of Bernie people went with him in the first place because of Hil’s money-grubbing. The other thing that helps trump get some more Bernie votes is to keep reminding them how she bought the nomination away from Bernie

It was always Bill who was the politician, the campaigner. Hillary has shown she has no skill for campaigning her entire career. The one time she campaigned against someone who wanted to win instead of lie down for her, she lost to Obama.

We were able to survive Bubba’s years for three reasons. The country was still benefitting from the Reagan Revolution,he was pragmatic enough to work with the newly-minted Republican majority, and the country experienced the creation of an entirely new sector. Now we’re coming off of 8 years of Obama, the economy is out of control, and she’s no pragmatist. She’ll pack the Supreme Court and rule by executive order. The sh!tshow will not be entertaining this time around.

So many people forget the Clintonsame from the 90’s and are underestimating them at their own peril.

Other than the Regular Party Apparatchiks, that owe their livelihood to the Democrat Party, there is no UNPAID ground game for Hillary.

She is having to pay for EVERYTHING from cash, even phone bankers.

She never had ground game.

But Obama had a ground game, a revolutionary breakthrough game as reported in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Journal where its authors claimed they could take any election that was within three points. Their record in 2012 suggests that we should believe them.

The ground game combines data mining of the most resourceful nature revealing virtually all there is to know about a potential voter and coupling that with a psychological approach and shoe leather contact. Hillary will have inherited this ground game which is useful in places like Ohio but not necessary in places like Illinois.

In contrast, Donald Trump never had a ground game, by his own admission was not even aware of the need for one. The hope was that he might inherit a ground game from the Republican party but that is a dubious proposition at best. In 2012 the Republicans and Romney assured us they had not only a ground game but the digital game in hand. Not only did they not have a ground game their computers broke down on election eve. This fiasco was an utter humiliation.

We had better hope that Trump can push his momentum past the reach of a digital ground game and past the reach of fraud. Much will depend on the debate.

Clinton would allegedly focus the ground game on the 12 swing states, not IL..and not my GA. The Dems had an impressive well organized, well manned ground game in GA in 2014. (It was ineffective as the working class Dem voters were angry with the Dems over their insurance premiums going up.)

I see no Dem ground game in my heavily Dem area in 2016. I assume this is because all money and manpower that money buys has been shifted to the 13 swing states.

Their ground game needs shoe leather. There is none there. Did you read the report from Ohio where the guy took a Go Pro to a scheduled volunteer push to do door to door? NO ONE SHOWED UP. No one.

Here in the Puget Sound area, as soon as you get out of Seattle, you find few Hillary signs/bumper stickers compared to the old and fading Obama bumper-stickers. Not evidence of anything but I think it is interesting.

In upstate NY, there were quite a few Bernie bumper stickers, although not overwhelming.

There were fewer Hillary bumper stickers earlier in the year, but they've disappeared for some reason. I haven't seen a Hillary bumper sticker in days, anywhere. There's no question that people have removed them.

I do see some Trump bumper stickers, but I think people are afraid of vandalism.

A lot of Trump signs in farm country.

Hillary’s ground game is to get illegal aliens and democrats to vote as many times as they can. Even google is supporting illegal aliens voting.

Zero won by hook and crook, and a very complicit media, to whom he was their anointed savior.

In addition, Romney just plain sucked. His oratory skills sucked, his one on one sucked, his timidity to allow moderators to shame him on live tv with lies sucked, and every one knew it.

He ignited nothing in anyone's heart or mind.

Trump, who has "no" political skills, "no" oratorical skills, "no" ground game, and basically "no" effing chance to get anywhere more than 3% support, is now the front runner, and the one with more EV's than the bucket of warm spit he is running against.

Ground Game?

What is that, another name for state by state organizational skills that ensure voter turnout and thus the winning totals at election time?

I see so far that he is doing quite well, better than any other contender, including the Grifter.

Either he apparently has ground game, or does well without it.

Perhaps, there truly were that many that were wrong, for D trump to be right?

Last I heard, the Hillary campaign had around 800 employees, Trump had about 80. And he’s out front, by a mile if you figure in the voters who won’t admit it.

Not bad for a beginner.

Dear Washington,

America is coming,

and they’re bringing Donald J Trump.
