Pence did not interrupt Kaine 40 times. It was his turn to speak and Kaine or the moderator would interrupt him and he was only trying to get his allotted time in. If he hadn’t done that, he wouldn’t have gotten to speak at all. Kaine and the mod were very rude and everytime Pence would try to bring up Hillarys’ emails, etc, the moderator would want to move on.

Looking back, it made sense for Kaine to attack Trump, but he could have done that without interrupting all the time. Whoever told him to do that (and I think they did) was foolish. But if you watch Clinton surrogates, shouting over has always been their M.O.
