I have been taking Biotin and that seems to have
reduced the volume. Still have a hiss but not the
loud ringing or tones, at one time it was like
jingle bells. Don’t know of anything that totally
works though.

I have been taking Biotin for about a week for hair regrow after chemo. How long have you been taking it? It would be wonderful if it helped my tinnitus too.
