Still the drivers’ fault. Same as “overdriving your headlights” at night.

There are accidents daily around every major city where people run into stopped vehicles, again driving too fast for conditions, possible in broad daylight in good weather.

Aggressive driving is rampant in cities, and why insurance rates are higher.

Exactly. The primary cause for accidents in video was driving too fast for conditions.
